Scott Pullins Endorses 60% Super Majority Vote to Amend State Constitution
Mount Vernon, OH – Longtime conservative Republican leader Scott Pullins of Knox County has endorsed a proposed constitutional amendment in the Ohio General Assembly to require a Super Majority Vote of Ohioans in order to amend our state constitution. Pullins lost by just 684 votes to an incumbent in the 2022 GOP primary for the Ohio House and is considering another run in March of 2024.
“Left wing, extremists groups are attempting to hijack our constitution to force abortion on demand down our throats,” said Scott Pullins. “We should be utilizing every legal method possible to make their efforts more difficult.”
“Today its enshrining abortion on demand in our constitution, tomorrow it could be a ban on firearms,” continued Pullins. “We should be taking on these left-wing nuts at every avenue.”
Scott Pullins is an Ohio attorney, charter school board member, political consultant, and writer. He provides services to small businesses, individuals, financial entities, and political organizations.
Scott Pullins has advised clients on complex legal, business, marketing and public policy issues. He is also the co-founder of the Ohio Taxpayers Association. He is a charter school board member and an elected member of the Knox County Republican Central Committee.
Mr. Pullins attended Ohio University and earned his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School.
